We offer both Primary and Secondary grades. While both have been tested for key functions, Secondary grades may have one or more non-key functions that do not work.

Sim-lock or iCloud?
All devices are sold are unlocked. No iCloud and are R2/Ready to use. Data Cleared
Grade Variation?
All stock sold shall have 5% grading variation as per major US Carrier's grading policy

More Info on Grade C?
May have excessive damage on multiple surface areas and cracks on the LCD/Touch panel • May have missing small parts such as side keys, fingerprint sensor, speakers, flexes, front camera, daughter boards, camera/flash lens and internal mechanical parts (Display, PCBA, Main/Rear Camera, Housing and Battery not considered) • Deep (fingernail/tool catching) scratches may be present on LCD/Touch panel or back housing/glass. Moderate burrs/dents are acceptable. • Externally viewable LDI not triggered / LDI may be missing • Functional tests not performed .

Returns / RMA?
Any order that has a fall out ratio beyond 5% as per grading scale, we certainly assist if reported within 3 days upon delivery with RMA or Credit Note .
